Seriously dissapointed!

After being send up and down to bring many documents, I bought the couches on Saturday and they said they can only deliver on Thursday because their warehouse is in Boksburg, come Thursday, they don't call when I call their phones are not answered. Two hours later a lady from a warehouse calls to tell me they will deliver on Saturday when I asked her to come either today or Friday she says they can't even if I explain to her that I'm leaving on Saturday for holiday, she says they will deliver when I come back.
Furniture city didn't want me to collect the couches with my own transport and worse they charged me R1000 delivery fee and the store is 2km away from my place. They told that the stock is coming from Boksburg.
