BAD Service - Replacement of Damaged Goods

I bought a SARAH 3PCE BEDROOM SUITE from Russels East Rand Mall on 11 Dec and took delivery of the goods on 14 Dec. After unwrapping the mirrors I found that all 3 mirrors were damaged and 2 of the doors did not close. I phoned Derick immediately to report the damage and he said that they will replace it and fix the 2 doors as it was just alignment. After phoning numerous times and visiting the store again Elly (Warehouse Manager) phoned me on 17 Dec to inform me that their driver will deliver the new mirrors on 18 Dec. I requested Elly to please phone me before they send the driver as I would like to be present when they deliver. No one phoned me and when I got home yesterday (18 Dec) the mirrors where replaced by different damaged mirrors! I again contacted Derick and he phoned back saying that they have great difficulty getting hold of Elly but he did speak to her and now she wanted to speak to the driver first. Derick also informed me that he sent a mail to Elly and her manager. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF PHONING FOR FEEDBACK AND GETTING THE DAMAGED GOODS REPAIRED. I want the goods REPLACED TODAY or my MONEY BACK. Pathetic customer service and I will not buy anything from them agai
