Damaged goods and stingy attitude

For Boss's day we ordered R1600 worth of hampers for relevant managers in our company. 2 of the hampers had damaged goods inside. I lodged a complaint and was told it would be replaced. I specifically asked if the recipients should keep the packages at the office to return, no confirmation. The recipients then took it home and we got confirmation that we will receive the new goods today (Friday). So the guy pitches with the new packages and insists on having the old ones back. I explained that I have an email where I asked if we need to have them for collection and the response did not include an answer on this. I wanted to give the driver the damaged goods and he did not want to accept it without the rest of the box. The driver then left with the new packages again and we are still left with the damaged goods. I then got a call from Shoulin to say she will replace the whole pamper kit, she followed the call up with an email again, saying she will only deliver two bottles of cream, not the whole pamper kit... after another harsh response from myself stating how disgusted I am, she eventually gave in and said OK we will deliver the whole pamper kit. How embarrassing is this!!!
