Pathetic to no service at all!

I purchased a Bedroom suite, Base & Mattress set and a dining room suite from Furniture city East Rand Mall.
On delivery we received all the goods except the mattress. The sales person Vincent reassured us that we will receive the mattress later as the warehouse did not have stock. On delivery we discovered that the bedroom suite mirror was damaged and only after 2 exchanges we received a suitable damage free mirror. A few days later a driver came to deliver a new mirror, the driver was very confused as he was told to deliver the mirror. We did not accept the mirror as we were happy with the one received and sent the very confused driver back. Just proves the lack of communication.

A few weeks pasted and I phoned Vincent again inquiring about the mattress, he assured me that they will receive stock on the following Thursday. A week passed and when I phoned Vincent was not available and did not even return my call. When I phoned again the following day he once again told me that the warehouse will receive stock on Thursday. Every time I phone the answer is Thursday?? Why do I have to phone to receive any feedback. When will I receive the mattress?? Pathetic service!
