Quoted incorrectly and bad service

I took in my necklace to be fixed, on the day Mia told me it should be about R200 - R250 to be fixed, then when it was time to go get the necklace, the price was R372.00. almost double of what I was quoted, what if I did not have that amount of money to pay??? it seems a bit crazy to quote someone if you apparently have no idea what you are talking about and cant do the job. also the lady who helped me when I went to there to pick up the item and pay, could not even work the till or the credit card machine, and Mia was so rude when she eventually came to help me, like I bothered he... very very bad service, this American Swiss will never see me again.
