American swiss wrecks credit rating nothing!!!

My husband and I opened an account with american Swiss. Paid diligently every month, until balance was finished however a club x magazine kept being posted without us even asking for it, as well as a bill of only R70 which we did not know about! We then get a call saying we owe this, we pay and it takes months to get cancelled.we then apply for finance and they pick up this ridiculous bill as a bad credit rating. American swiss will never apolgise nor admit that because of their poor pathetic customer service and unathorised subscription, we have bad credit for R 70 . I will never shop there again. Will be going to the papers with this.
