Bad Customer serivce

I am very disgraced at the kind service I receieved at The Crossing Mall at Pick n Pay Mafikeng by Cashier Veronica Maribe. Cashier did not both responding back when we greeted and then after just threw the cashslip back to us. We went to report the incident to the supervisor in charge however she just told us she would speak to her, the colleagues were also being rude as we were reporting the incident we were told that we like to complain which is very unacceptable. I strongly feel that the neccessary procedures should be taken against her as soon as possible. I would like to get feedback regarding this matter.
