Bad customer service

On the (22/07/2013), i bought a bedroom suite @ Russells in Randburg, offwhich the bedroom suite was on special and paid-it cash, i requested the bedroom to be delivered on weekend as during the week i am @ work, okay they agreed on that, offwhich they did deliver the suite on saturday, but what me off is that, okay during week they called me from warehouse telling me they don't have a suite, the one they have its damaged and i told them, its fine as long as by weekend they will have a right suite for me, no issues, because i did ask the manager, her name is Bridget, if there was a stock and she said yes. On saturday (27/07/2013), Brigdet calls me and tells me that, the guy is on his way to deliver the suit, offwhich its was around 4pm and i wasn't @ home but i had to make means to be there to for the guys to deliver the suite, first of all, the delivery guy was alone, i had to help him carry things to my place around 6pm, he just delivered the suit without even checking if the suite was right and no installation of the suit, as he was complaining that its already late, he will comeback nextweek to assist, am still waiting for the guy to comeback until today, and Bridget knows about this
