The BF4 (xbox360) game was bought online, after discovered the game freezes at a specific point. we contacted Kalahari, firstly a Sulaiman in the call centre promised he will organise a pick-up to assess the game and have it replaced. That never happened, a week later we contacted the call centre again, then a return had to be placed online which we eventually did after the previous promise, we then waited only to have a courier collect the game without any paper work, he returned a day later with the appropriate forms.

We waited again, it is now 17th December after the actual game was collected early in December, after a call centre again promised the refund will be placed online a week ago.

If the correct process was followed from the beginning and honest feedback was given maybe we would understand still waiting for 14 more days but after this poor service We do not understand.
