Appalling service

I purchased a bedroom suite on Wednesday at Russells Athlone. I spoke to Nancy the sales lady regarding the delivery and my days of availability. An hour later a lady from warehouse calls to confirm that my furniture will be delivered the following day. I spoke to their warehouse department yesterday afternoon regarding my delivery Address as the information was captured incorrect, not once was I advised that the delivery will not take place that day. I spent the entire day waiting on people who never pitch up and who never called to advise me of the delay. My husband had to take the day off work to be home for the delivery. When the future was eventually delivered the wardrobe was broken. I am extremely upset with the service received from Russells.
