After being disappointed with the quality of a product bought for my daughters birthday, I contacted the suppliers directly and copied Makro with my complaint. This was on 16 December - a public holiday. Deleen from Makro Springfield contacted me the next day and arranged a return and credit. She was very helpful, kept me informed and understood my frustration - bringing the issue to quick resolution. Thank you Deleen. The supplier, Raleigh, has yet to respond to my complaint.
