Poor communication and late/no delivery

I'm referring to order #1000867426, which was sent on 4 December. My order was closed on the system and after I enquired on 9 December I was told that it would probably deliver that same day. From there I enquired every day and it took Kalahari 2 days to get a hold of the Courier company to enquire where my parcel is. The couriers then apparently confirmed that it would deliver on the afternoon of 11 Dec, which day didn't. Eventually after speaking to 5 different people; logging a query on the website and speaking to a manager Shinese was able to find out more, but the courier's excuses are unacceptable - they apparently tried to deliver twice but there was no one. No communication of this was ever given to Kalahari or to me. Shinese arranged on 12 Dec that the courier will deliver on the 13th and it would be in the morning as I am leaving early from work. I phoned Shinese at 11:30 to follow up with the couriers and they were trying to get a hold of the driver. I still have not received my parcel!
I will NEVER order anything from Kalahari again during the festive season or when I need it before a certain date! You need to change your courier company as you're loosing clients
