Your courier is not doing your business any good

Kalahari has dispatched my parcel last week Thursday. Courier's parcel tracking indicates that they've attempted delivering the parcel twice, once on Friday and Monday, supposedly without finding anyone home. We were at home both days, and nobody arrived or tried phoning. This is not the first time, last time the parcel was also with the same courier for almost a week before delivery. I don't stay in Kuruman, I stay in Randburg. Your previous couriers (and your competitor's couriers too) don't have any issues finding the place.

Sort your courier out - I will certainly be thinking twice before I order next time purely based on the delivery time.
