I bought a Stramm Drill from this Game store about 10 months ago. The drill is still working but only the hammer function. I took it to customer service for repairs. The lady told me to take a new drill. I asked her again that she does not want to send it in for repairs and she said no go and get a new one. I was very impressed with this. This is what I call service. They were very polite and helpful. Well done Games in Sandton.
