Courier failed to delive

I know that this is not actually Kalahari's fault, but I had to cancel my order as the courier failed to deliver on time. I know they would say that they were at the complex but by problem is that I instructed them to call me so I can open the gate. As nobody called I simply did not know they were there. As I needed the order as a gift for a person who will be leaving for oversees I simply could not deal with couriers who cannot deliver and went and bought at the shop. If Kalahari wants to do business with me in the future they should invest in couriers who actually try to deliver.
