Courier company is shocking

I've ordered numerous items over the years with Kalahari. Recent order was dispatched on 18 November and is expected today. It is now 14:30 and still nothing.

Parcel was orginally due on the 19 November so it it already late.

Phoned Kalahari customer care who cannot assist. Said they could leave message with courier company.
Not good enough.

The courier company is really not doing Kalahari any favours. Festive season is approaching - better ship up your service FAST!
