Non-Delivery of Parcel

Hi. I am highly irritated at the moment. I ordered a rather expensive product on Friday and it was meant to be delivered within 1 working day. Expected date of delivery was 18/12/2013. On Saturday I received a call indicating that the courier wanted to deliver the parcel at my work address. I'm not sure that the courier company understands what 1 WORKING day is. Thereafter he indicated that the parcel would be delivered on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and I am still awaiting the parcel. I tried to call Kalahari but had to hold for an hour and a half until I couldn't hold on any longer. I've called RTT and keep getting transferred to a line that does not work. After significant complaining, I was told I was being transferred to the supervisor at Customer Services at RTT who didn't answer the phone. It is amazing that a company such as Kalahari can provide such terrible service. The order is a present for my brother's new born baby and it becomes rather embarrassing when you arrive empty handed. Please resolve this issue urgently. Order number 1001145538.
