My name is Onthatile. I live and work near Yeoville.

I just want to say a big thank you to the manager at the Yeoville branch. His name is Alfred Ngubane. A peaceful man who listens carefully, always looking to resolve the problems that we as customers experience. Last night he went out of his way. Gave me a refund for two of my R17.99 dinners that I was not happy about. I also received chocolate and cooldrink.

He was mindful of all the things that made me unhappy and apologized on behalf of the bad apples at Shoprite. I also would like to thank and commend the other staff who smile, who listen well, who pack groceries fast and efficiently. And most of all I am happy to see that the store is cleaned on a regular basis, even on busy times.

This store has improved and come a long way. Again thank you to Alfred for his effort and strong customer interactive skills.
