Bird Droppings

I am a regular, devoted customer of Shoprite, Village Walk. 2 July 2013 I was in there to do a bit of essential shopping. My family and I like many South Africans live hand to mouth, months scraping the bread line. I choose Shoprite because of the fact that it is very well the cheapest supermarket in town. I have noticed that this specific branch is not the most hygiene concious store. There is always a putrid smell from receiving/despatch area near the fruit/veg department. On the above date there was a mass of flies above the Deli counter and the light fittings above the deli counter are covered in bird droppings. The floors by the milk fridges are always dirty. My uncle from Secunda offered to buy me bulk groceries last month. I said Shoprite was the cheapest, he walked in gave the store one look over and refused to shop there for me, much to my dissapointment and we went to to the more expensive competition. I rely on public transport, in the afternoon when I need to do shopping, I walk to Shoprite after work do my shopping and get a taxi from there. Please sort this out, make all your customers shopping experience a pleasant one.
