Shocking Service

I took out a contract with readers digest a few months ago. Almost every month, I need to phone them and beg for them to send me that months copy. I realised today that I have not received the last 2 months of copies so I wanted to phone and tell them. I just phoned them about 12!!! times and keep on getting cut off, I have not even been able to talk to someone. One time a woman answered and asked me for my account number and then put down the phone! I totally can not believe their service and they will definitely not be getting my business again!!!
