Unprofessional management

Was in customer service department to return a garment, new item did not have correct sizes and the assistant explained they did not sell mismatch items. Assistant politely offered to check for a replacement but there was none and I could not purchase it even though I did not mind. I asked to speak to the manager, which unprofessionally ignored me standing infront of her. I explained the situation and she rudely said its against policy. I explained I found the garment mismatched so the correct size would be on the floor. Passing the buck on the rest of the staff to help me. She couldn't be less bothered and had a terrible attitude. Car guards have more decency & to put someone like that in such a management position - woolworths should rethink who they promote! No one offered to check another branch. Those that are employed to pack shelves should do it properly!
