No Delivery of Instalation of Open View HD

T o The Manager,

I've purchased an Open Veiw HD decoder at Game Southgate on Monday 09/12/13. The staff member named Narissa assisted me and was quite frank when she mentioned that the installer will be coming the next day to install the dish. Up untill now nothing has happened wich is completely unecceptable. I can understand that we had bad weather but not even the decency to give me an update is a worry. I've called Game Southgate today 12/12/13 and spoke to Narissa and she told me the installer will be there today by 4pm and still no one pitched up. Please resolve this immediatly or this matter will be taken further. And also for not including an HDMI cable to this Open View HD product is beyond me.
