Poor service

I bought a washing machine at Game Southgate yesterday and I was told that it will be delivered today. I had a missed from 27117764600, been trying to call the whole day, it's now 15:48 and I still have received any call from the driver informing me of what the delay is. I very disappointed with Game stores, the staff is incompetent. The people I communicated with today told me to " Chill"
