I bought a Digi Book (e Reader), it was working fine. now I cannot load anything on the device. I took it too ERM Homemark in the beginning of November for repairs. It was sent in for repairs, it came back, I had to pay R150.00 for the repairs, when I got home nothing was done its still the same. I'm leaving for holidays this weekend, I bought some books for the holidays and can do nothing with it. I spoke to a technician who tried to help me but nothing, he said they will see in the new year to replace the device, but its to later. Very very unsatisfied customer from Homemark. will not recommend buying their products.
