Bad attitude for business

I purchased a pvr decoder from game and was given their installer to fix it
In my house. The installation was done but they missed out on correcting
The signal strength settings. Dstv informed to get them back to just adjust
It. I then called game and spoke to Morris who cared less of the query. I still
Have it unfixed and called in again today and says I must just SMS my details and
Drops the call on me. He hasn't even let me know of any feedback and he then
Laughs on the phone behind saying this customer is stupid.
