Dodgy DSTV Installers

I went to buy a DSTV decoder last week Thurs 28th November and was helped by a sales consultant, who wrote down the installers cell number on my receipt. I arranged telephonically with the installer to install extra view for me as it would have been senseless to pay R350 to correct my signal problem, thus I rather bought another decoder for R500 which comes with "free" installation. The installer did shoddy work, my signal strength went from bad to worse, I struggled to get him back to do a proper job, even after I also paid him R350, and eventually I was fedup and went straight to Game at Westgate. The manager there, Josie, promised to asist me, although he said their ties were cut after they sold the decoder, and that I had to deal with Ellies and Multichoice. After numerous calls, and going back again to Game, I was told by another indian manager that they only sell the hardware and that they not really responsible. I eventually found out from Ellies, after I gave them the installers cell number, that this installer was not registered with them, meaning that the Game sales consultants are getting their own private installers, and most probably splitting the money. Game yet to call me.
