Still not watching TV!

I bought DSTV decorder at Game Festival Mall on the 13th of June but i still not watching TV even today. George assisted me and told me they will be sending some people (Phenix) to install the dish! the intallers came a day after. the installation was done and i filled the form which i still have with me correctly with the existing DSTV/account number but we only seen TV for one day even though I paid.

I called Multichoice and i was told the decoder is not on my name - registered in someone else's ID (Installer I think).
Now they say I need to go to police station to do an affidavit and take the form I filled, decorder with card in, purchase slip and my ID to a nearest Multichoice branch so they can change it into my name. --- Can you believe it! What a work??? I honestly dont have time as working person!

This makes your service really bad as the installer (With foreign accent) was send by you! I need this sorted asap!
