OTA pre-paid voucher registe

I noticed R113.88 charged for OTA pre-paid voucher register on my November account statement, when I called the customer number I was given an OTA number to query from. The explanation was that I bought airtime on my account which I did and the operator advised me to cancel which I agreed, but when I went back to previous statements a found different amounts for this every month. When I called OTA again no one is able to give proof of where & when I bought these airtime, sent from pillar to post with no commitment to refund. Unfortunately the statement I could find are only from Augusts 2013 (R323.83); Sept (238.11) Oct. (nil) & Nov = R675.82. I am sure there are other charges from previous statements, I need my money with interest please help!
