Interest hungry non delivery

I am so infuriated with Edgars this is now my 4th month where they ask me why I haven't paid the full amount to which I have answered on each occassion because I never receive statements. I have to the amount out my thumb and hope it's correct. I have not spent on this account for months so my assumption is on the amount I paid the previous month. I have now once again received an sms from Edcon via Transunion and still not statement! I would love to know how many customers they are not sending statement to as if you start adding the interest up well we can see why they still want to give me credit.
