Incorrect entry on statement: OTA airtime registe

I am disputing the entry "OTA prepaid voucher register", dated 06.10.13 initially and now dated 06.11.13 This entry has appeared on my statement since 01.10.13
I had no idea what this entry indicated, but I am told that it means that I would like to register for prepaid airtime via my Edgars account. I DO NOT WANT TO GET AIRTIME AT EDGARS. I also understand that to activate this would require my ID number, but that ''somehow'' RCA activated it ''for me''... THIS IS VERY CONCERNING.

I have already attempted to address this issue telephonically (call taking over half an hour) via Edgars Claremont (RCA ref no 131008251235, name of RCA operative: Tato) on 8.10.13 and CNA Pinelands 11.11.13 Edcon Customer Services employee: Zanelle Nyembe, time of call 16.45. Her manager Jacob then called RCA after I had spent about 45 minutes on the call and promised to email me the next day with an update.

This never happened and I have heard nothing since. I also sent two emails to [Email Removed] on 29 and 30.10.13. No response there either.

I cannot be contacted telephonically during the day - please email or leave a full message.
