On my invoice I had strange listing

I do not understand what all this means. I know that I bought a R 55 vodacom airtime voucher. What's the other figures?

Can someone confirm that my Edgars Club Membership is indeed cancelled? I called today at 10:15am?
The woman on the phone said that I could get my statements for FREE via MMS - is that true?

I would also get statements via post.
