On Tuesday, 3/12/13, I went to return a pair of takkies that I had bought on 7 October, as the sole was starting to come undone, creating a hole. They were already closed, but the manager was kind enough to open for me to explain what was wrong, and he said I should go back on the weekend to exchange them, as they had already shut down the system. I returned Sunday, 8/12/13, and very nicely stated that I couldn't find the slip, but it should be the last purchase on the account. WELL!! I was attacked with questions as to what I used the shoes for, where the box was, when I bought them, etc. They came up with SO MANY EXCUSES so as NOT to return the shoes. When Noni came to the conversation, she had the MOST DISGUSTING attitude. After 30 Minutes of fighting, she EVENTUALLY took my card, had a look at my account, found it was the last purchase and said "Now I HAVE to go look for the invoice". SUCH EFFORT!!! They eventually did the return. HOWEVER, they CLEARLY have NO CLUE of customer Service. I called the Head Office, and am still waiting for the Area Manager to call me. Is this REALLY the type of people you want in your stores? Quite disgusted!!
