How does a sales consultant work in a sportshop who does not know anything about a sports shoe?
Yesterday I had to get my daughter a pair of non-marking sport shoes for netball. Firstly the original sales lady did not have a clue about what I was speaking about. I eventually found a pair of non-marking shoes - size 3 - and I bought them at a cost of R550.
When I got home & opened the box up to give to my daughter, I realised that someone prior to me had bought these & worn them!! they were not only dirtly at the bottom but also inside. The return slip from the previous owner was in the box!! How dissapointing.
My daughter had no choice but to use these as they were needed at school today.
I think it is disgusting that these shoes were accepted back & put for re-sale!! Basically I bought a pair of second hand shoes for R550 from Totalsports.
What absolutely shocking service!! Tried to call several times this morning to speak to the manager - but line continuously engaged or just rings.
