On the 21st of July I bought a pair of Nike shoes from Edgars' active at the Cresta mall branch, the shoes are now damaged, I misplaced the purchase invoice but I printed my statements from my card which I used to purchase the shoe, the Branch Manager by the name of Fortunate said I can't get my full refund or exchange to the same value of goods, I can only get R499 instead of the original purchase price which is R699 a difference of R200, I won't accept that as it is not my fault that the shoes got damaged earlier, I want full refund or exchange of the same value, I'm a regular customer for the branch but the way the Branch manager treated me is appalling, I'm very disappointed by the services considering that I buy there every weekend if they got specials. I tried everything even bringing the box with me but the manager is so arrogant. I want to find out from the management if I can get my refund or exchange of the same value
