On Sunday I tried to return a pair of slops as they were pulling lose between the toes and I had only worn the shoes on one occasion. I approached the store assistant and when she heard I didn't u have my slip she informed me that I would have to speak to her manager. The manager appeared from the back with her cell phone in hand and looking unimpressed. I explain to her that I didn't have my slip and she said she required a slip. I explained that the shoes are in a rage bag, the sole has Rage moulded into it and that they were still on their floor, please can she assist me. She replied it was a mission to find the slip and that I Maynot take the same shoes! I replied that I wanted the same shoes and I know the date I'd bought the shoes. She huffed and puffed and printed a whole lot of wrong receipts. I explained it was 2 Sundays ago, can I look up the date on my phone. Her reply was "I also have a cell phone you know! " I eventually got my shoes however the lady shopping had left hearing the rude commotion happening at the till. I thanked the manager after getting my shoes but she was so angry she ignored me. I was shocked by how she handled a valued customer with a valid query.
