MR PRICE SPORT DOES NOT CARE!!!

On 2 January 2013, we procured a pair of Reebok takkies from Mr Price Sport in Boksburg North after returning a Maxxed takkies due to the fact that the sole & was falling apart and the inside was tearing open. We chose Reebok, specifically due to the brand being reputable for quality. About a week ago, the sole starting coming apart from the takkies. We took it to Mr Price Sport in Centurion, Lifestyle Centre and wanted the exact same takkies. So, we basically wanted to swop them for a new pair. the manager, told my husband that due to the fact that he does not have an invoice, she cannot help him. I was busy looking at the other products in the store at the time and I was not with him. I have the slip, where we exchanged the other takkies but I just cant seem to find the one where we procured the Reebok takkies, even though it was on the same day. The takkies was in the original box and the Mr Price Sport label is on the box but the manager just refused to help my husband. We had to leave there with the damaged shoes and I am really disgusted because we drove all the way there for nothing but my husband just got so embarassed, he just walked out the store!!!
