No delivery of my hubby's top

Bought a dress n asked them 2 make a matchibg top for my hubby, which they gladly agreed n asked me 2 pay 4 it n they took his measurements n assured me that it will b ready on the 30th of november, last week i travelled from mpumalanga to fetch it only 2 b told that its not ready n was promised that it will reach me b4 the end of the week but up until now i haven't received it n no1 is calling me 2 let me know what is happening, when i call their store number it says it doesn't exist, found a oersonal number of Ghetto on facebook n called n he rudely told me that the box number i gave him was wrong since it has no street name n i told him that its a postal address thats y it doesn't have a street name n reapitinf this for the second time coz d time i wrote the postal adress i told him, their servise dissappoints for an upcoming retail store n they must not make promuses if they cant deliver, as a shop they must have a number where people can reach them.thank you.
