Almost 6 months & no news on our phone

We have an 8.ta contract, we took in our Blackberry for repairs the first time and were not given a receipt or anything showing that our phone was sent for repairs but we got it back on time. The next time, which was begining of November 2012 we took the phone back to the store for repairs and until now he haven't received the phone back. We have gone to the shop several times and told either to wait or phone the call centre for help. Phoned the call centre but they couldn't help me because l didn't have a reference number from the store. Went back again to the store and the sales person who open the account for us, took the phone in for repairs the 2 times assured me that he still remembers that he took the phone and is going to track it for us. He even gave me his cellphone number and email address but when l call he doesn't answer, he doesn't even respond to my emails. We have already wasted so much fuel going to the store and not getting any help and hope this time they would respond. Yes we still pay for the phone which is included in our monthly statement, just in case you were wondering.
