2 weeks later, still no dress

I was at YDE Cresta on Fri, 6 Dec and asked for a dress to be set aside will bring a friend for 2nd opinion the following day. I got busy the following day and called the store and spoke to Jabu whom i asked to send the dress to Hemingways Store. I called Hemingways store on Thursday, 12 Dec to check if the dress has arrived but NO. I went to Hemingways store on Tue, 17 to check the dress and the store assistant by the name of Odwa told me they will call when the dress arrives and i told him my concern about the time and asked what if the dress doesn't arrive, which is needed for 21 Dec, and he said if he doesn't arrive it doesn't arrive with no effort made to check with Cresta... NOTHING. Today, i called Cresta to check what happened to the dress and noone knows. I wonder if i will have a dress to wear to my friend's wedding... very disappointed.
