I purchased a Tiscali 4 Piece Lounge Suite And it was delivered on the 27th of September 2013, after the delivery people had left I noticed that one of the single seaters had a chip and a crack on the leg, I immediately contacted your offices and spoke to Salomi and then Bilal. I explained to Bilal and he advised that I must keep that one and he will call the supplier and order us a new one which will take 10 working days. I waited fifteen working days and had no calls no contact with your Salemans Bilal Yusuf.

I called and spoke to Bilal he advised that there was a mishap with the colour from the supplier and he advised that I will receive my single seater as soon the next monday. A month later no calls no contact with the customer. I am very disappointed in your services.

On the 8th November 2013 drivers from your store come in to fetch the Sofa in question and i ask them to tell Bilal to call me to explain what is going on as I see that the slip given to me says the one piece is going for a viewing and assessment. Does it take 5 weeks to decide that the Sofa needs to be assessed. Your service is really the worse I have experienced, had i known the service of your store I wou
