Unacceptable after sales service

On the 21st June 2013, we purchased a lounge suite and dining room set from Russells Boksburg (east rand mall). We also purchased a scotch gaurd and the sales person paul advised us that we should get the scotch guard done when we physically receive the lounge suite, to inspect that all is in good condition and the fact that we would have peace of mind that the scotch guard is done. When we took delivery of the lounge suite upon checking the condition, we immediately noted and noticed that the left front leg of the single seater was damaged. Russells sent another leg however this does not fit onto the couch. On Monday my wife spoke to Derek (the store manager) according to her he was abrasive, he committed to having this sorted out first thing Friday morning. When we enquired what time will this be, he responded by saying that since the store opens at nine they will definately be by my residence at 09h30.I called the Derek at 10h30 to explain my disgust in service and broken promises, its not acceptable because he commited to 09h30 and when asked about this he informed me that the bakkie was in centurion. In my opinion he had no intention to fulfil the 09h30 appointment. We are 20km away
