Bad Customer Service

On the 10th Dec around 11am, I went to Sontonga shopping Centre to buy some few items as it was cold and raining. I am a frequent shopper and always do my monthly groceries there. It was very quite at the tills and I approached a lady (cashier without a name tag, ) who did not have a customer. she scanned my items and I gave her a R100 note and only to find that she doesn't have a change, I stood there for about 3-5 minutes and I asked her why she didn't have a change in her float as she was really delaying me, she answered me with an attitude that it wasn't her duty to get change and if I want to lay a complain I must do it now, I asked her name and she said her name is Nthabiseng, her attitude showed me that she was not even afraid of her manager. I am really disappointed about her customer service and she doesn't care about how she treats her customers.
