No progress for 20 days on delivery of Barbie doll

I recently ordered a Barbie Mariposa doll on [URL Removed] I ordered it on 20 Nov, and up till today I have received no feedback from Kalahari regarding my order. I have had to call in 5times within the period to ask what is happening with the order. I am always told that the supplier is out of stock, but the product is still showing as available on the site. So effectively they advertise the goods as available, take your money, then make you wait indefinitely for delivery. I even spoke to a manager by the name of Mike, who did not have the courtesy to call me back with feedback. Today after 20days of waiting, I finally had enough and cancelled the order. I hope that my money will be refunded as promptly as they took it for payment.
