I placed an order on Kalahari on the 22nd of November. The items would take 6 working days depending on supplier. I understand that, but I was NEVER contacted to inform me that the delivery date was delayed, everyday when I went on the date got further and further and had to cancel the order because it would not have arrived on time, so now I don't have the Barbie Dolls I ordered for my nieces, thanks for ruining my faith in your great service like I always received. And to put the cherry on top, on the website for the contact us option it states your email will be answered within 48 hours, I received an email - 95 hours after. I didnt get an explanation, only that you have seen I have cancelled my order and payment (refund) will be made in 5-7 working days, but when I pay with a credit card the payment is immediate? It's ridiculous. How do you advertise something and not give what you are paying for, that includes the service I am not receiving. Once (this year?) I receive my current 2 orders I am done, and I will also advise anyone to not use you. I am shocked! So once again thanks for not doing as promised and have 2 little girls not have what they wanted.
