Incorrect Picking causes me to get only 1/2 orde

I've orderd the Barbie (Princess & The Popstar) dolls, Tori & Keira on-line via Kalahari. Upon delivery, I discovered that they've sent me 2 x Tori (pink) dolls, instead of 1 x pink and 1 x purple. At the time of notifying them and at the time they've arranged for the incorrect toy to be collected they still had stock of the purple doll. I've literally begged them to keep me a purple doll as I've promised my daughter to buy her the pink and purple doll for her birthday, BUT by the time they've received the incorrect toy back in stock, the purple dolls were sold out!! I was told there's nothing they can do about it and that I now have a credit with Kalahari - I don't want to buy anything from Kalahari EVER AGAIN! It's soo disappointing having to tell my daughter that mommy could't get her both the dollies I've promised her!

If I was told of this picking error at my company, I would've ensured to keep the requested item aside in order to provide the items as per the original order. I guess Kalahari doesn't care much about customer statisfaction!
