WHAT IS THE POINT OF KALAHARI

I ordered goods from Kalahari one month ago. These goods are easily sourced within South Africa. I ordered them online because I am a single working parent and do not have time. I received an email today to say that the goods will only be arriving on 27 December. That is over 30 days waiting time. With amazon, you wait up to 5 days MAXIMUM. What is the point of Kalahari if you cannot have the goods you order delivered within a decent time period? What am I going to tell my kids for christmas day? They still believe in father christmas and now I do not have money to go and get the presents before christmas day because of Kalaharis inefficient system. You do not have goods in stock ready for the order, DONT ADVERTISE IT! Typical of South Africa. Full of talk and NO ACTION.
