More bad service/ What you buy is not what you get

On the 21/1113 I ordered a "Barbie Pink Fashion African Doll, R 144" from TAKEALOT. Also referred to as The Princess of South Africa Barbie. Here's a link to what the doll should look like [URL Removed]

What I received was a caucasian, blonde haired blue eyed dressed in pink barbie. Exactly the opposite of what was represented by their online shopping site and what I intended to buy.

I wasted a fair portion of my time, energy, resources and goodwill on driving out to the collection depot, only to be let down and disappointed (this was to be my daughter's Christmas present) by their 'supplier barcode problem'/ or product misrepresentation.

A week later after hearing nothing back about the hanging order I was informed that they cannot source the correct item.

On looking for a vaguely similar replacement item I was shocked to see how badly their range of dolls represents the South African demographic.

I have only ever ordered twice from TAKEALOT. This the second order that they have erroneously blundered. Previously I paid for an item, where said they hadn't received payment and cancelled the order, resulting in me requesting a refund.
