I made and paid my online order at Sheet Street on 28 Nov 2013. On 29 Nov 2013 I cancelled my order online and contacted the customer care line and confirmed the cancellation. The agent confirmed the order is pending cancellation but he will contact me as soon as the order was cancelled.

On Monday 2 Dec 2013 I received a phone call from the couriers confirming delivery and time. I advised them that the order was cancelled and no delivery should be made.

On 3 December 2013 I phoned the 0800 212 535 contact center and requested clarity where I was advised that the order will be returned to the storehouse and my refund will be processed automatically. The agent, Carusha, advised that she will follow up with the matter personally and get back to me.

Today is 09 December 2013 and still no feedback was given to the refunding of my online order?

I'm in the customer service industry and from my experience in dealing with Mr Price home and Sheet Street online suggests that they need up their service standards and turn around times as clients will move on to the next supplier that actually cares about the people paying for their service!!
