Ordered but no Feedback & no delivery

I placed an order 25/09/2013 online for CNA.
Today 12 working days later nothing, not even a call from them and I just get incorrect information when I have to follow up.
I called in to follow Saturday 5/10/2013 and the guy said it is dispatched from the ware house.
I called Wednesday 09/10/2013 to follow up again and Thapelo said that it has not been done yet as one item might be missing and will escalate to order manager and provide feedback to me the next day.
I phone today 11/10/2013 as I have not received any feedback and the only response is that they must escalate.
I asked the order to be cancelled as I am not getting any joy and will not wait any longer and lady just said ok. So I hope this is not deducted from my account and if so it better be reversed.
This is appalling service as there is no truth in any one's feedback. CNA did not even care to update me if there is a problem. I will most definitely not use that service and store again.
