Refusal to Cancel Pending Order on the System

There was an agent that contacted me, a few weeks ago, who proceeded to place an upgrade order on my behalf. I went to the Vodashop a number of times in an attempt to process my upgrade, however the agent at the store exclaims that he's unable to process an upgrade due to an existing pending order on the system. I've contacted the Vodacom call center a number of times, who assured me that the order had been cancelled, this had not been so as confirmed by the Vodashop agent. I was finally transferred to an agent at Rewardsco who stated that the order had been cancelled, but due to a technical glitch, the order wouldn't get removed off the system. They then advised to tell the Vodashop that I'd been dealing with, to contact Vodacom Trade Partner to get them to do a manual override. The agent at the Vodashop said that the agent at Rewards can only remove the pending order. My contract is going to expire in a few days and I still haven't been able to get my upgrade!!! I just want the mentioned Pending order removed! is it too much to ask!???
